I was unsure of who to get for laying a french drain in at my residence when City termite was suggested. I was very pleased that the technicians were more than happy to answer all of my questions throughout the day while the work was taking place. everyone was very professional and knowledgeable. It was a pleasant experience and cleaned and done to my specifications/requests!

Our pest technician Stephen is Excellent!! He was super professional from his first visit at our home. The termite technicians are always knowledgeable and keep me informed about my crawl space needs.

We built a new home in the country about a year ago, and began using City Termite for our termite inspection and yearly contract. Not long after, we began having a severe infestation of black ants - inside and outside the house, and called them to come look at it. We agreed that a pest control service would be beneficial, and they began treatment immediately. Since then, they have come to our home to check on the issue without us having to ask them to, and have followed up in the most excellent and professional way. Recently, we spotted a little gray field mouse in the pantry. I called City Termite the next day, and Michael (tech) was here the next day with all the gear needed to treat the problem. His boss, Nathan, has come out to evaluate the status of things with the ants and has taken the time to explain what is being done in great detail, in addition to using every opportunity to teach Michael even more about the pest control business. The customer service offered is outstanding, their availability to make time for us as a customer is remarkable, and Michael has always been extremely courteous, polite, well mannered, and eager to do whatever is needed to assure our problems are being tended to. I highly recommend using City Termite for all your termite and pest/rodent control needs!

We use City Termite and Pest Control for Pest and Termite. We have been very pleased with them. Stacy is our "pest guy" at my office and our house. He is always very professional and friendly. He has always taken care of any problems we have had and offers advice on how to prevent any problems. Another reason I love this company, they call to set up appointments instead of me having to remember to call them. It works perfect for my schedule. We highly recommend using City Termite and Pest Control.

I previously used a local competitor and they were not only very unprofessional but they couldn't get rid of my roaches. I called City Termite & Pest Control and they were not only extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and professional but they got rid of my roaches right away. Stacy was great and walked me thought how to get rid of mice.

The gentleman that comes to my home and sprays my home inside and out. He let's you know he cares about you and let's you know, if you have problems, he will come back and spray again. He really is the best around... thank you to the company for hiring the right man for the job.

Misty is the BOMB! Needed immediate attention at a residential job site and they were able to work us into their schedule and get the job done- I would recommend these guys to anyone for any need!

I wanted to compliment Michael, who has been my technician the last few months and I hope he continues to be. He's knowledgeable, polite, always on time, quiet, yet friendly and most importantly to me, he does a thorough job. I was having a small problem with a certain type of roach. He sprayed and on his return visit he remembered and asked me if I was seeing them anymore. I am happy to say they are no longer a problem! I appreciate this type of follow-up service...it's what I've come to expect from City Termite and Pest Control. Super job Michael - you deserve a raise!

This is a great place to do business with. Their employees are very respectful. They know how to kill bugs!. Their yearly termite service is very well priced. That's why I switched to them. It's a good company.

I have been using them for a few years now personally and for my business on several multi-family properties. From the beginning, Andrew was very knowledgeable and did everything he said he would. The tech Stephen is always on time and does the job to perfection. When I have an emergency they are quick to respond. Anytime someone ask about a good pest control company I always refer City.
